The Scandinavian Baker


The Scandinavian Baker grew from a desire to combine the things I love (baking, photography, design, travel and Scandinavia) and smoosh them together until I ended up with a smooth elastic… well, blog. I also love a challenge; so when presented with a complicated recipe (preferably foreign) involving multiple steps and some kind of specialty Bundt pan – I’m your man! This is a baker’s journey through Scandinavia. So come along for the ride. Down the track you’ll even be able to sample some of the Scandinavian treats in person (well, if you live near me – details coming soon)

In the mean time, sit yourself down, or prop up your flour-covered laptop, phone, tablet on the kitchen bench and enjoy the sleigh ride across Scandinavia.
